In Lactalis Group, we have developed an innovative project to strengthen our future industrial capabilities through an onboarding and development program that combines on-the-job and classroom training, as well as the figure of a mentor.

• Industrial Seeds is a 2 years program that will enable the participants to gain practical experience and to be introduced to manufacturing processes

• Our program will provide an invaluable blend of on-the-job training and classroom, distance and on-demand training and international networking.

• To have completed a degree in industrial, electrical, electronic, mechanical, chemical, food, systems or similar engineering.
• To be proficient in English (C1).
• To enjoy national & international mobility and the possibility of living abroad.
